Professional electrical measurement reports

Yes. VoltInspector includes ready-made report templates compliant with PN-HD 60364 and construction law — acceptance and periodic reports (the 5-year inspection). You fill in the data in the wizard and the system generates a finished PDF report. No need to look for a template in Word or Excel.

Insulation resistance, fault loop impedance, earth resistance, testing of residual current devices (RCDs), continuity of protective and equipotential bonding conductors, and contact resistance measurements. Each result is automatically evaluated against the limit values from the standard.

A credit is the billing unit in VoltInspector. One credit is charged when a measurement is started — when its status changes from a draft or a scheduled measurement to in progress, i.e. when you begin conducting the measurement (including preparing it for offline work). Saving a measurement as a draft does not use credits, and generating the PDF protocol no longer charges an additional credit.

VoltInspector compares consecutive measurements of the same circuit and shows the trend: whether insulation resistance is falling, whether the RCD tripping time is rising, and how much margin is left to the limit value from the standard. With at least three measurements the system extrapolates the rate of change and forecasts when the parameter will exceed the standard, while the installation health index (0–100) summarises the condition of the whole site. The analysis is rule-based and anchored in the thresholds of HD 60364-6 — it is decision support; the assessment and the signature on the report are always the electrician’s.

Yes. For every site you can add distribution boards with photos taken on your phone and a circuit register: description, type and rating of the protective device. The register can be filled in automatically from a completed measurement, so you do not retype the circuits. From the register you generate a PDF legend to print and stick inside the board.

Tak. Zgodnie z RODO masz prawo do usunięcia danych osobowych. Protokoły pomiarów, ze względu na ich wartość prawną, są anonimizowane (dane osobowe zastępowane są symbolem [USUNIĘTO]), a nie fizycznie usuwane. Yes. The connection/WLZ, voltage drop, breaker selection calculators and the earth resistance checker are publicly available at /kalkulatory, with no account and no usage limit.

No. The calculators give an indicative result based on simplified formulas and one typical installation variant. The final choice of cross-section, breaker or earthing assessment must be confirmed against the standard and the real conditions of the site, ideally by a qualified person.

Yes — at /generator-protokolu you can generate a sample PDF for one measurement (insulation resistance, loop impedance, earthing, PE continuity, RCD or voltage drop) with no account, up to 3 times a day per IP address. The document is a sample: no numbering, no registry entry, with a watermark — the full protocol requires an account.

In quick mode you only need to measure one circuit by hand — the remaining circuits of the same type are pre-filled with a result ±2.5% of the measured value, clearly flagged in the interface and editable at any time. The electrician always reviews the result before approving the protocol, and auto-filled fields are excluded from trend analysis and failure prediction — only real measurements count.

From the Pro plan up, the company sees measurement duration per electrician — average, median, minimum and maximum, with deviation from the company average. It is a tool for planning team workload and quoting jobs, not an employee evaluation — only real active working time in the wizard counts, excluding breaks and idle time.

Yes. A promo code — for a plan or for extra credits — is entered at registration or in the Credits panel. It activates instantly, with no waiting for confirmation. Credits from a code go into the paid pool, so a PDF protocol generated from them has no watermark, even on a Free account.
